🔄Return Policy (Morocco Only)

For ready-made rugs purchased inside Morocco:

• You may return your rug within 14 days of receiving it.
• The rug must be unused, clean, and in the same condition as delivered.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded.

🚫Custom Rug Orders (No Returns)

Custom-made rugs cannot be returned, as they are handmade specifically for you.
We provide photos and updates during production to ensure satisfaction.
